Missions

At Redeemer Fellowship Church, we believe the Great Commission of Jesus Christ is for all believers regardless of calling, background, or nationality. Taking the gospel of Jesus Christ to our neighbors, to our fellow countrymen, and to the nations is not just a command for the financially stable, for singles, or for Americans but is a command for everyone, everywhere around the world. Not only was this the last command of our Savior before he returned to be with the Father (Matthew 28:18-20, Acts 1:8), but this is the heart of God throughout the entire Bible. God’s passion for the nations to come to him is one of the major themes of the Old and New Testaments.

Christ commanded his disciples to go and make disciples of all nations and to be his witnesses everywhere. And so, for 2,000 years, his disciples have faithfully shared the gospel and made disciples of all nations. We are here at Redeemer Fellowship Church in Evansville, IN because of the faithfulness of those who have come before us. 

Carrying on the faithfulness and obedience of our forefathers, we joyfully and humbly follow Christ’s Commission as we seek to share the love of Christ, the mercy of the Father, and the gift of the Holy Spirit with all peoples everywhere so the world may one day know true peace and hope.
